This is a pediatric patient who presented with pain after fall on an outrstetched hand. Frontal and lateral radiograph of the elbow were obtained. The red arrow on the lateral radiograph illustrates elevation of the anterior fat pad due to the presence of a joint effusion. The frontal radiograph demonstrates an avulsion fracture of the medial epicondyle of the humerus.
